is this a good bulk diet for my weight & height? shouldn't i be at 3000 calories if so how can i add those extra 300 calories. The macros seem correct right- i'm new to dieting.

300 more calories can be inserted as snacks in between your breakfast and lunch and then in between lunch and pre-work out shake. Get some a handful of nuts in each break (ie. almonds, walnuts, ect...). That would put you over or close to about 3000.

i would just throw on a side dish with dinner or eat a lil more with your last meal

really? how so

9 calories per gram of fat--> 103*9/2700=34.33%
4calories per gram of carbs and protein-->32.7% (221*4/2700) protein, 35.4% carbs
and even those don't add to 100

Yes, and yes
best to keep fat between 20-30%
All you have to do is drop a couple of whole eggs for whites and add some fruit or veggies

so if i add a potato, or a carb dish, do the egg switch, it would be fine?

or should i use turkey instead of beef for my burger instead to drop more fat. and add a protein shake/more carbs?

you can eat beef, its fine. The fats are fine. I would add 300 more cals like the first poster said...so yeah add a few taters or something. Looks decent, keep us posted.

so specific macros aren't THAT important as long as protein you get 1-1.5g/lb. bodyweight, and fat doesn't go over 30% as determined4000 stated?

fats can go over 30%...its all personal preference

Try eating 6 meals a day. Probally need closer to 3000+ per day to gain weight.
