i have heard that most people lose alot of muscle on the keto diet. it seems to me it would be the other way arround, that you would retain more on this diet than any other..any thoughts???thanks..

If done right most people can even put on a couple pounds of muscle on the diet.

That is why it has gained so much credit in the last few years amoung bodybuilders, due to the muscle sparing.

Do a keyword search on this site. There is some quality info on it from myself and others.
