View Full Version : Critique My Diet Meal Plan

So I'm kind of new to all of this. But i have lost about 35 lbs over the last year dieting and working out, but i'm looking to take it to the next level. What i really want is to work of the final layer of fat on the lower section of my abs.
Here is my daily meal plan:

7AM: 2/3 C Oatmeal, 1 Scoop Lean Pro Matrix Protein (34g), 1 C Blueberries, 1TBS Ground Flax Seed

10AM: NonFat Yogurt, 1/4C Dried Fruit, Chopped Almonds

12:30PM: Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat with Lettuce, Tomato, Honey Mustard, and Cucumber. With a salad, nonfat dressing

3:30PM: Clif Bar

4:30PM Workout (1 Hr lifting, 20-30 min cardio)

6:15PM: 1 Scoop Lean Pro Matrix (34g), 1 Scoop Carb Matrix (31g of Carbs)

7:15PM: 6 oz Chicken breast or Fish, 2-3 cups of vegetables

10:15PM: 3/4C of Fat Free Cottage cheese w/ 1 TBS of Ground Flax Seed

Thats it. So again, my main goal is to increase the definition of my abs and overall trying to cut up my entire physique.
