I have been searching for this answer now for days and cannot seem to get my hands on it.....


What is proper nutrition post-cardio workout??? Is it the same as after weight training days?

Right. Your approach will depend on the session parameters - time, duration, intensity, LISS vs. HIIT, etc.. as well as your goals and nutritonal factors surrounding the session. So it could be anything & anywhere from nothing, to a small meal P+C, to just continuing to eat at your normal times.

It's not a resistance training session so it doesn't necessarily require the same approach.

Ok so what if I am cutting and trying to lose fat and it is intense cardio?

And what if it is a light cardio session?
