My first ever bulk.

6'1" and about 195lbs 15% bf

7.30 4 eggs 100grams oats glass of milk (40g protein)

11.00 Tin of tuna and brown pasta (45g protein)

2.00 150g Chicken and brown pasta (45g protein)

5.00 Scoop whey and milk (after training 45g protein)

7.00 some form of lean meat and veg (approx 40g protein)

10.00 75g cottage cheese and milk (25g protein)

Approx 240g protein though the day about 90-110g fat and a fair bit from carbs.

Any advice cheers

Looks pretty solid. You do def. need carbs post workout.

You need to get a calorie count for that so you can adjust if you aren't gaining or gaining to fast (aka fat).

Thanks for feedback. I think its around 3000cals Was losing at 1800-2000 cals.

What sort of carbs should I be looking at getting PWO?

Whatever you want, really. You can either get some Dextrose or just chug a gatorade.

3,000 cals at your size would be pretty solid to start with.

Im in UK not sure we get Gatorade. Is it a drink?

Any carb you want will be sufficient tbh. You can use pure sugar if you want. Honey or fruits would be sufficient as well.
