cool. thanks, i have been eating like a champ. i'm still a little confused on carb/protein/fat grams tho. i was told because of my job (i'm a dancer) i work about 4-5 days a week, lift for 3 days a week and do 5 mins of abs and cardio 5 days a week that i should take in about 2000 calories a day. with a 50/35/15 split. i dont know if this is right but so far i have only ataken in 113grams of carbs. so thanks, i'm gonna go eat now

Id lower the carbs to make sure you are getting enough fat. Try 45/35/20. 20-30% is optimal for muscle building. I am normally on the lower end.

You're 114 pounds. For the time being, disregard macros and calorie counting. Just train and..

eat everything in sight (including carbs)

Just friggin eat 4,000 cals per day with that activity level you need to eat a LOT. I'm sure it will be extremely hard for you as well being so small. :( Gonna be a long journey. Well worth it imo.

OP is a girl, why should she eat 4,000 calories?

i'm not trying to sound like 2000 calories is a lot it's just i don't know what to do. i recently was diagnosed with celiac disease and dropped 20 lbs from malnutrition. celiacs disease - gluten free - allegery to wheat rye and barley. i have all the substitutes, pasta bread ect... i just never knew how to eat to gain weight, i was always trying to lose it. i want to build more in muscle than fat thats all.

If you've been maintaining weight with how much your eating now.. then just add 200-300 calories to that.

Carbohydrates before bed are fine.
