i am starving and have nothing eat.. my whey is out... trying not to cheat... what to do...

always have some around...in fact I think I may open the can up and have a few...egg whites are good...have any eggs...or you can scramble and put some meat in it and slap on some bread...

I just ate a can of wasabi and soy almonds.

1020 calories, 36g protein, 36g carbs.

Still under my 2,500 calories limit in my cut. Lol.

Eat food. Don't make yourself starve, it's not good... or, perhaps you're thristy. Thrist can mask itself as hunger. Drink a glass of milk.

there is some hamburger mixed in with corn... and mashed tators in the frigde.. trying not to eat that... but i thought bread would not be good to eat on a cut.. considering its about 8pm

eh.. live at home intill the lady gets down with school in march.... dad is against my diet and working out so he cooks everything i can't eat.. and i dont get paid till friday to go shopping..

Then you should buy food for yourself. I'm living off a very small budget. I buy enough food for the week off $60 bucks. I understand that living at home can suck at times, but I believe that your father should support you.

Peanut butter would be the best choice. Hot dogs and bologna are rubbish and processed pork parts.

As long as it fits in your daily calories, knock yourself out.

If you got milk, have a peanut butter sandwich and milk, that should hit the "full" button for a bit. Milk's chock full of protein (80% casein, 20% whey), peanut butter has your EFA (good fats) and roughly 180 calories for two table spoons, and your bread (depending on what type it is) could be filled with a lot of things.

I feel your pain. I hate getting hungry at night. Got any fruit?

15g carbs

got any salad in the fridge? veges? it will make u feel full.

Drink two glasses of water, wait 20 min and if you're still hungry eat a slice of bread with a TB of PB.

I drink cups of water while eating my meals, makes me feel sooooo full when half of it is water!.

my diet is WAY below calorie intake.. i eat tuna with mircle whip all day everyday...

had a ****ty day in the gym well gonna be all week i really cant lift anything, got some of my sleeve colord in, right in the creas of my elbow so it is hard for me to bend it.

For some reason I think toasting bread for sandwiches makes me feel a lot less hungry..lol..anyone else take notice to that?

Drink tons of water. It'll fill your stomach up. That was my trick.

I just ate 750 calories of pizza. :( I think it had like 2g of sodium... then some ham.

I'm going to look like a ****ing blow fish tomorrow from the sodium. SWEET!

Chocolate mint I am loving right now. The double rich Chocolate is good, I use that most of the time, our extream Chocolate has some extra sugar and like 1 more carb. These all are pretty good

i was looking into that choc mint... i like them 2 combinations anyways... so i will probably lean more to that...

so im gonna go with man scorch.. 100% whey, mega mutli vit, and omega 3 fish oil 1000mg.. anything else i should add?
