View Full Version : Weights and Swimming?

I love to swim. But I haven't done it in a very long time because I've always hated the way my mid section looks.

I was just wondering if Swimming and Lifting Weights every day with a good diet will melt away the fat and help me maintain some lean muscle mass?

My plan was to swim 30-40 minutes in the morning, and lift weights at night.
