low calories compared to bulk season, increased cardio and drinking plenty of water...hmmm good. water is required in the chemical reaction for the mobilization of lipids.

get your carb intake checked..may be a decrease is required in that. and please write ur present weight

That's the diet that I'm currently doing. I start week 7 on Monday and have gone from 195 to 179 in the first six weeks. It doesn't look like it'd fill you up but I'm rarely hungry throughout the day. I don't follow every little bit of it, usually have a protein shake instead of one of the snacks and I never do the popcorn thing, but it is seeming to work. Plus all of the food is actually really good.

I'm not losing any strength. I wouldn't really say that I've gotten a lot stronger but I'm still making some gains. I'm using the workout that goes along with the diet and all of my lifts are now heavier than they were when i started but nothing too crazy.

True, I'm not sure as of right now.

I lost 4 lbs aparently, & This trainer measured my body fat as 3% Higher, It was a different trainer as last time, So I'ma try doing it with the same dude as last time to see what he says.

I dunno, I havent really been hungry since I started, maybe I'm trying to hard to get alot of protien and taking in too much fat?
