View Full Version : *Critique my carb cycling diet*

STATS

Height- 6'0"

Weight- 186 pounds

I'm gonna be carb cycling from today and this is what my typical moderate/low carb day will look like. Please feel free to critique my diet or my WO routine, so I can make any necessary changes to it.

Mon- Moderate carbs - LEGS
Tue- Moderate carbs - SHOULDERS
Wed- High carbs - CHEST/TRI
Thu- Low carbs - BICEPS
Fri- Moderate carbs - Only Cardio
Sat- Low carbs - LATS
Sun- High carbs - REST

Also, planning to include 30 mins of Low intensity cardio after my lifting session everyday.

replace some of those oats with veggies for your carbs
more filling, more fiber, more nutrients, more vitamins

The veggies I eat are spread evenly throughout the day. You mean to say I am consuming more carbs for a low/moderate carb day?

It's around 100gms excluding the fiber. Should I be consuming much lower?

no
calorie-wise, 1servng oats= 3-4 veggies
you can get way more nutrients in 3-4 servings of veggies than 1 of oats
your fiber intake is already too low, especially with all that protein
overall health would benefit from adding vegetables
If anything I would increase calories (seems too low for some1 ur size) includng carbs
