looking pretty solid. what do you cook your egg whites in? olive oil is pretty legit .im cutting too, but i still drink carbs after my workout and cardio. your body wont store them as fat b/c your glycogen levels are depleted. maybe like 60g carbs from fruit juice (no citrus if you take creatine) and you'll still be able to add a little muscle while cutting. also, the wild rice 3 hours before bed seems a little close to be consuming so many carbs... maybe throw in another vegetable like carrots instead?
monday arms, tuesday shoulders, wednesday chest... thats 3 days in a row of triceps. they are probably a little fatigued towards chest day, which wont yield the best results. maybe switch it up a little like monday arms, tuesday legs, wednesday off, thursday chest & shoulders, friday back. i dont know your body chemistry, but i would try to avoid working the same muscle 2 or 3 days straight. give them time to rest and you will progress faster.

Do you guys think I should try split like this?

Mon- Arms/Back / 20min Cardio
Tues- 1 HR Cardio
Wed- Shoulders/traps / 20min Cardio
Thurs- 1HR Cardio
Fri- Chest / 20min Cardio
Sat- Off
Sun - Off

And should I replace the zero impact bars with something else? they have 16g fat and 400cals.

thanks

why are you cutting at 6'2 180?

And why are you only getting ~2000 cals?

needs fats, eat whole eggs, nuts, oils etc.
