Hey everyone,

I have been maintaining 200lbs on a diet of approx 1700cals. and trying to work out.

I used a few tools on bodybuilding.com and it said i should be approaching 3000cals.

I have been doing this for the last week and its getting bloody hard to get to the 3000 mark. Also i am feeling quite full and a bit concerned i have mis calculated.

I thought it would be around the 2200-2500 mark max?

Here are my meals anyway:

1 Redbull ,1 sausage sandwich, white bread.
1 bowl of cornflakes
1 400g Roast Half Chicken, Skin on, With 300g potato salad
1 banana
1 250g Steak

As far as carbs go i am a bit short but protein, fats are almost spot on for a 3000 cal diet.

Am i over eating when my goal is to muscle up then cut later in the year?
