I have a few nutrition questions, I usually go by the see/feel diet which is eating whenever and just eating alot but now I'm going to be a bit more strict. Few questions:

1. I've heard 15-20calories x bodyweight is how many calories you should eat a day. I think I'll go with 20 calories, but at what point should you change you diet. Say I'm 200lbs now when should I change my diet after gaining like 5-10lbs?

2. Protein I also heard is 1.5-2g of protein x bodyweight, I think I'll aim for 2gxbw but like above just use the same until i gain 10lbs or so?

Also, do I need to aim for a certain amount of fats or carbs? I don't know too much about that. Most of my meals will be as follows:

meat, veggie or fruit

meat: beef, poultry, fish, chicken, tuna
veggie: potatoes, broccoli
fruit: apples, bananas, oranges, pineapples

I'm not sure if I should put a fat in there as well? I plan on getting some EFA supplements. I'll have a protein shake for breakfast, bedtime, and PWO.
