4-6oz Grilled Chicken diced (I make like 5-6 breasts at once and dice them into small cubes in a large bowl)
1 Carb Balance Tortilla
1/2oz Shredded Cheese
Frank's Red Hot Sauce (much better than BBQ sauce)

Take the diced chicken and add a small amount of Frank's Red Hot Sauce to coat them fully, but not to excess or dripping. Warm them up in the microwave, place half the cheese on the tortilla, and add the chicken, then the remaining cheese, then warm again for 15-20 secs to soften the tortilla and melt the cheese further.

Roughly 300 cals
Protein approx 36g
Carbs approx 19g
Fat approx 9g

Tastes awesome!

Indeed! My wife (a vegetarian mind you!) often makes boneless-skinless chicken buffalo bites for get togethers.

Cut up boneless chicken breasts, bake for ~20mins, add Franks with a dab of BBQ sauce, bake for ~5-10 more minutes. Voila! Low fat, no carb, high protein snacks!
