Really unclear post. Organize it better. Really it looks like you're taking in huge amounts of saturated fat and little heathy fat besides the stuff in your peanut butter. Unless you're taking flax and/or fish oil you're not getting your EFA's.

Most of your calories come from cheese and mac & cheese. That's probably not the way you want to do it. Are you just eating a whole box of mac & cheese? Replace that and you'll be good.

How is the mac & cheese only 24g of carbs? Is it 6 pieces of macaroni and a big bowl of cheese? And the apple and banana are only 1g each? Your half pound of beef is protein-free but contains 20g of carbs as well.

I believe you, however he listed milk in a different order. Milk is the first on the list and creates a header to be used for the rest of the table.

Basically, the table is junk.
