My bmr is around 1800, but when multiplied by my daily caloric needs, I get around 2400. I have been losing weight eating around 1600 calories because I thought I was suppose to subtract 15-20% from my bmr...so is this wrong? Do I need to increase the calories? I read on here that we're not suppose to go under the bmr...

The only problem is my weight loss has stalled/slowed down a lot. Maybe this is the reason why?...
