I plan on starting USPLabs Anabolic-Pump and Recreate this coming Monday. I came up with a diet and was wondering what other peoples opinions were on it and if they thought there was something I should change.

-Age 19
-goal- cut

2160 Calories
Protein: 48% 256g
Carbs: 31% 163
Fats: 21% 50g

7:30AM Recreate

7:45AM Anabolic-Pump

8:00AM Breakfast: Protein shake with 1/2 cup oats
protein- 53g carbs- 33g fat- 8g cal- 390

9:00 AM- 9:50AM CLASS

10:00AM 9 slices of bacon
Protein- 12g carbs-0g fat- 18g cal-210

11:30AM- 12:20PM CLASS

12:45PM Anabolic-Pump

1:00PM Lunch: Can of tuna on wheat bread with mayo
Protein- 42g carbs- 46g fat- 15g cal- 470

1:30PM- 3:45PM CLASS

4:00PM Pre-workout meal
Protein- 48g carbs- 6g fat- 1g cal 240

4:00PM Recreate


6:00PM Anabolic-Pump

6:15PM Surge Recovery
protein- 25g carbs- 52g cal- 330

7:30PM Dinner: Chicken breast and broccoli
Protein- 50g carbs- 10g fat-6g cal- 320

10:00PM Casein & Fiberteq:
protein- 26g carbs- 16g fat-1g cal- 200

I would do eggs instead of whey in the morning.I will last alittle longer.
