So much damn mixed responses in the search functions...

What are the proper meal timings for pre-post cardio? Same as Post/pre workout?

Post I like to eat something light unless I do it later in the day, then I just do it a little while after whatever meal I had. Post I just move on to my next meal.

This is sort of like me asking you what size jeans I should wear.

Obviously your approach will depend on the session parameters - time, duration, intensity, LISS vs. HIIT, etc.. as well as your goals and nutritonal factors surrounding the session. After could be anything & anywhere from nothing, to a small meal, to just continuing to eat at your normal times both before and after.

For HIIT say 15 min

and for LISS say 30-45 min
