Hows peanut butter for a source of healhy fats...?
Is it better then flex seed oil...? Does anyone now if peanut butter contain any vitamins...?

My pb contains calcium and iron. I see nothing wrong with pb as a good source of fat(defanitly good for keto). no its not better than flax

CRAMRON could u explain why PB is not a good source of healthy fats... 'cause as i know 1tbsp of PB contains only 1.5g saturated fats and the rest 5.5g of fat are the good ones... plus it contains 3g of protein...

pb is good to get your mono fats which flax oil doesn't have much of

Flax oil doesn't taste nearly as good with jelly either!

yeah pb and flax are in different fat groups. Pb is monunsaturated, while flax is polyunsaturated. Flax is one of teh best sources for omega 3 fatty acids.
