Hey all, I have spent the last year lifting weights trying to bulk up but now I want to lay off the weights a lil and slim down, get my body fat down to a good percentage. But here's my question, just like how when bulking up you have to consume certain things to produce results, I wanna know what important things I have to consume or do to get positive results while losing fat. Like is protein still an important factor? Do I need any particular supplements? You know things of this nature. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

With weight loss ,its really more of a thing of being calorie deficient. You don't have to look at your macros much. You don't want to lose any muscle, so you need to make sure that you lift as well, and of course maintain proper nutrition.

Your gonna want to spread out your meals so you are eating 5-6 times a day or more. Eat super clean, do cardio, lift HEAVY to retain as much muscle as possible. Just be consistent and you will see results in no time!
