I usally have VP2 protein isolate which is the bes tasting powder i have ever had.(Very expensive) Which i dont mind paying for if i have the money.

I recently due to money problems had to purchase a cheaper protein powder, but i cant drink it because it tastes like absoulte ****. Before i throw it out i have one question.

My question is is there ne sweetners or things you guys put in your shakes to make them a little more pleasent to drink?

Thanks

Then your next best bet would be splenda, remember there is alot of dextrose in that, though.

alot of dextrose in splenda? if you use 50+ packets at a time then yes

Each packet has just under a gram. I bet 20 packets would weigh out to 12-15 grams of dextrose/maltodextrin(sp).

Well, it doesn't take 50 packets to rack up quite a few carbs...
