I hope so because a lot of people turn out to be frauds....But I'll give you the benefit -- have some reps.

Why did your thread on "Anti-oxidants don't work" just get deleted in the Supp section?

Hello Dr,

Do you think the Keto diet i.e - a diet of high fats med protein and low carbs is healthy ?

Hi Paulie
Low carb diets are very effective. In a recent randomized trial comparing low carb, low fat and mediterranean diet with 322 patients, the results were pretty impressive. Low carb had 4.7kg weight loss, low 4.4kg for mediterranean and 2.9kg for low fat. The low carb diet also had the best increase in HDL and the best decrease in LDL. The only problem they saw was that low carb had the highest number of droputs. The problem with staying on a low carb is the biggest drawback. This is why I and a lot of my colleagues advocate a Mediterranean diet.

You should post what you think in the eating after 8 thread. And in Napoleon's cleanse thread.
