So I was curious, what music do you listen to, if any, when you workout. Some songs I like listening to are as followed:

Band: Song
3 Doors Down: Citizen/Soldier
Jeremy Camp: Tonight
Linkin Park: Breaking the Habit
Linkin Park: Numb
Pillar: Frontline
Lost Prophets: Make a Move
Switchfoot: This Is Your Life

Anything highly energized and poppy ususally gets me going. Think Britney and the Pussycat Dolls. :)

Depends on my mood.

Usually relaxing trance music so i dont feel stressed, calms me down at the same time if you know what i mean.

Stuff along the lines of:

Three Drives - Greece 2000,
BBE - Seven Days And 1 Week.
Chicane - Dont Give It Up.

Check out any of Girl Talk's albums if you haven't already.. great for lifting/cardio. Pretty much just songs mixed together, but very up beat.

Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMyyg3G1bt4

Also, you can download Girl Talk - Feed the Animals (full album) for free from the label's website..

Just enter 0.00 for the price, or you can pay any price you want. Not illegal if you choose to pay nothing.

I'm down at my parents place for the next couple of weeks and the CD Burner is broken on this computer. Didn't bring an MP3 player.

So i have 1 CD which was made in my 2001 semi goth depressed stage, i found it in a drawer. Its only motivational because i hate it so much it makes me angry as hell every time i put it on, anger i can take out on the weights.
