iv'e been doing this diet for about 3 weeks now, and im down 11 pounds, i cheated on christmas eve, and christmas day,i can tell that fat is definitely melting away! tell me what you think, and if i should change anything thank you

started weight 240lbs bf%18
now:229lbs bf% unknown

ON Lifting days
Meal 1(breakfast)
5 egg whites
1 cup old fashion oats
protein shake

Meal 2
5oz chicken
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 piece whole wheat bread, (no high fructose corn syrup)

Meal 3
1 oz almonds
5oz chicken
kashi all natural gornola bar

Meal 4 pre-workout
1 chicken breast
1 1/2 cups of whole grain pasta

meal 5 (post-workout)
protein shake
2 piece's WW bread
10oz of ground turkey

On Off days(CARDIO days)
meal 1
1 cup old fashioned oats
5 egg whites

meal 2
1 tbsp peanut butter
5 oz tuna

meal 3
5oz tuna
1 oz almonds
i kashi granola bar

meal 4 (pre cardio)
tsp natural peanut butter(or protein shake)

meal 5(post cardio)
1 chicken breast
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup whole grain chex
