I workout 3-4 days a week, this includes 20 minutes of cardio on at least 2 of the days. The rest of the days is just lifting. Usually (chest,biceps) (leg, abs) (back, triceps). I've been doing this for about a month or so now.

I'm about 5'11" 194, I've lost about 4 pounds in this first month of "working out".

Anyone have any tips for losing another 25 pounds or so? Also I want to get rid of those man boobs, hopefully in time for summer. I'm thinking about restricting myself to 1500-1600 calories a day while taking a cycle of hydroxycut.

make a 1000 calorie diflict max to prevent muscle loss. add carido on daily bias. u dont hav to do it at gym , just go joggin or so. and get a diet that suits u from nutrition section. ( i wont tell u which so people dont come telling me eating 6 meals daily is useless lol )

hey man... im lookin to do about the exact same thing.. im almost your exact height and weight. just wonderin if your interested in maybe tryin to keep eachother on track? have a lil competition to keep at it?

Mm , if u feel like , join team 3 for fat loss competition starting from 1st jan till end of march. its compitition between couple of teams , where u need to lose as much fat as possible and gain muscle. working together would be nice.

yes, you're body still needs protein to maintain muscle.
