Hi! I'm from Brazil and I'd like to know what is better?
Here is available the CEE Primaforce and High Power ou Mono (Dymatize or Prolab). In this forum there are many opinions to buy mono, but here many people have great results with Primaforce CEE.
It will be my first experience with creatine and I don't Know if creatine works on me or not. It's my doubt. If Should I try a Mono or a CEE because I don't Know if creatine works in me or not?
My options are: Mono: Dymatize or Prolab and CEE: Higher Power or Primaforce.
Thanks for help me,
Paulo!

Start with Prolab mono imo. Quality product that is cheap. CEE has no solid scientific backing imo.

considering that CEE or any liquid is not going to remain in your stomach for 30+ minutes, those number are meaningless

Also I'm surprised that people are still arguing over which kinds of creatine "convert to creatinine" the fastest. This is the kind of thinking that led to people saying not to mix creatine with orange juice because it will break down. CEE works, and so do all the other random kinds of creatine out there, though they are all more or less the same. I find that you can take lower doses of CEE to get the same or better results as CM and also get less water retention in the process.
