I was wondering what you would guess my bodyfat% is? I would also like to know if you think I should start cutting or continue bulking?
I'm 6 foot and 195lbs

no clue about the bodyfat. As for cutting/bulking, it doesnt look like you have much mass to begin with. I would go with a nice clean bulk.

ok thank you, I took one of those electronic ones at the gym and it said 23%. I figured it wasn't accurate. I will just start doing a clean bulk and fix up my diet a lot more

23% is way too off the mark. unless your bones are made of fat.
you should be good to go ahead with clean bulk, and that will help reducing your fat% too.
what that means is, if you can continue increasing your mass w/o much increment in your waist size.

while 23% could very well be wrong, my guess is that an electronic bf calculator at the gym is more accurate than random people looking at a picture and guessing. not taking anything away from anyone, but you really can't go by that.

as for what you should do, I would say bulk because when you cut, you want to cut to reveal muscle. You gotta have enough muscle there to reveal though, ya know. Just my opinion.
