Hi, I just came back from college for Christmas break and I forgot my large whey container at my apartment. I'm going to a gym down here for a bit and im training to gain weight. What should I do for my postworkout?
Usually i take the whey but I dont have any cash at teh moment to get some more.
I usually have a shake post workout then eat a whole food meal 2-3 hours afterwards. What should I do now? just skip straight to the meal? I'm not sure if I will be able to have it cooked in time for the 45 minute period after my workout.
