I know 1 tsp. = 5 ml, 1 tbsp. = 15ml and 1 cup = 240ml in liquid measures but what when you use solid stuff...say like some powder etc...

how much are they when it comes to powder/solid form ? I would like to know the answer in grams equivalent...

Thanks

Raj

A scale would be the best advice for accurate measuring. There is a lot of variance with measuring solids, in terms of density, moisture etc....They are relativley inexpensive, and the easiest way to make sure you getting the right amount of product.
