Hi guys, I must say I've learned a lot from you guys.. I've never posted before on this site, but I finally decided I have too.

I've seriously took on a healthy lifestyle in my opinion about 3 months ago.. I really never plan to go back to eating crap again. Anyways I started at 287 lbs, I am 5 foot 10, and am now at 254 lbs.

I know I'm not eating enough calories in my diet, I have added up the food I eat on FitDay or w/e and it was around 1300 calories.. I must say, I am not hungry throughout the day, but I know from reading here that I am definately not getting enough calories. ( I eat around 5-6 meals a day )

It's something like this

meal #1 (8am) cereal & banana - fat free skim milk
meal #2 (10am) fruit + veggies - I'd say half a cup each
meal #3 (12am) 5 oz tuna drained, more veggies with it
meal #4 (2pm) 6 oz chicken, bean sprouts, 1/5th? of a cup baked beans
meal #5 (4pm) ON whey with water (1 scooop), wait 30 mins then workout,
post workout I have steel cut oats, with another whey scoop + water
meal #6 (6-6;30) extra lean ground turkey, steamed vegetables, baked beans.

pretty much that everyday.. for about a month now and it's really seemed like I'm not losing much weight anymore.. I know I need to change it up but I need your guys help. Please.

Just so you guys know, I stay at home all day.. (def not lazy anymore) I workout for 40 mins to an hour everyday, Dumbbell routine 1 day, and I bench + do other free weight lifts the other day ( been doing this 7 days a week, for 2 months ) I go for an hour walk everynight after dinner as well.

If anyone can come up with the meals that I should be eating.. thats fine, I will buy anything I need, I just need the right information.

Thanks guys, really aprreciate it.

33lb in 3 months seems pretty good to me? I don't think you need to change anything if you're losing 10lb a month. Since you do have a lot of extra bodyfat your body will tend to burn fat over muscle.

If its works for you then keep it up !
When the weight losing stops then you have to change something but until that just keep it up what r u doing.
