So i eat 7 meals a day including the 3 pints of milk which i have of a night. I weight like 203lbs but i think its really hard to eat like 300g protein. I try my hardest but it doesnt seem possible. I eat every 2 hours, and all i can eat in one sitting is tin of tuna 30g protein and baked potato 20g carbs + 2 rice cakes = 20g carbs. But is this enough because i would like to be able to eat 50g protein and 80g carbs per meal. Any ideas???

If you want that much protein then protein shakes will get you to that number without filling you up to much

All joking aside, why do you think you need 300g of protein a day? What kind of scientific evidence do you base this off of?

From what I've read, 1g/lb of LBM is more than enough.

the best way to gain weight is by eating everything that comes out of you instead of putting it in the toilet.

1/2 pound of chicken is approx 45 grams of protein,
turkey burgers (at least the brand I use) about 40 grams of protein
1/2 pound lean beef about 40 grams.

Mix that with whey, casein, and whatever else you want to eat and you should get there. 6 meals a day 50 grams per meal will get you to 300.

You do not need 300g of protein. Focus on calories. If you're having trouble eating a lot of calories, try eating more fat (peanut butter, almonds, fattier cuts of meat, etc) or try liquid sources of calories (milk, protein shakes, juices, etc).

This is what seperates the men from the boys op.....everyone thinks bulking is a blast and fun and games until you have to stretch the stomach! Do whatever the phuck it takes.....i even drank olive oil a few times and downed a gallon of whole milk in about 15 min just to get the extra cals in. Don't expect there to be any magical way to get in extra calories.....just grow a pair and get it done.

The amount of macronutrients doesn't mean jack**** like everyone thinks on a bulk, like lorin said...you need calories. Get adequate protein, efa's, and fill in the rest with what you can.
