I'm bulking at the moment. In terms of fat, I eat a good amount of eggs during the week...and everyday, I drink 4-6 cups of 1% milk, 4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (that's realllllly fatty), about 3-4 ounces of red meat, 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese, couple handfuls of walnuts. and 2 fish oil pills. Is that too much fat?

And how much sugar is too much? In addition to any sugar in the above, I have maybe a cup of cranberry juice, 2/3 of a teaspoon of sugar in both of my daily cups of coffee, and like 3 fruits. What do you guys think?

sugar in fruits are fine, and cranberry juice and sugar for coffee will not have any negative effects on you. think your being to anal about that

One way to sort out your fat intake is to think about overall macros. I aim for a 55/30/15 mix, carbs, proteins, fats.

Seeing that a keto diet is 65% fat, I would say you are fine.
Dont get stressed about fat!
