why dont people just buy them, you get more for what you pay for and they are cheaper than chicken breast, the skin will come right off when baked and what dont fall off you just peel off

The have more fat content and less protein (hence they taste good) as opposed to breast chicken.

Really, every aspect of nutrition is all dependent on your GOALS.

the fat is only from the skin

Dark meat on chicken still have a decent amount of fat without the skin.

1 cup chicken breast = Calories: 211 Fat: 4.2 grams
1 cup chicken thigh = Calories: 273 Fat: 13.7 grams

ok but what about the chicken wings

and since when did fat became a bad thing, steak has fat as well, and people eat that

yeah but say you eat some peanut butter later in the day you might have to sacrifice that peanut butter to make sure the chicken thighs (with the extra fat) fits into your total calorific intake for the day. you get it?

Chicken Breast is lean protein.

Chicken Wings and Thighs are not. Dark meat has fat throughout, not just in the skin. That's why it's so moist and tasty. :)

If Wings and Thighs fit into your plan, go for it. They don't fit into mine.

if your in a high fat diet then wings and thighs fit right in, same when alot of people want to bulk and need calories I will always suggest these to people when they are skinny and wanting to bulk.

Looking at a bag I have in the freezer..

Fat: 9g
Protein: 19g
