I went to the store yesterday, and as usual I bought a bunch of stuff. I really have a problem shopping for food, because everything looks so good.

Whats some good recipes to cook with it?

I only saw one kind at walmart; it is a solid and says when it gets to a certain temp it turns to liquid.

Eggs fry up nice and crispy in coconut oil.

is it like a coconut butter? solid, white..

It's excellent for anything you'd use butter on. Use it as a spread (scrape it out of the container with a knife in thin swipes and it'll spread pretty easily on bread or toast) it adds a nice flavour to chicken sandwiches, PB sandwiches are delicious..

I fry with it too instead of butter or olive oil. I'll never stop using it.
