That's below maintanence you might want to bump up the cals somewhere around 500 you have to compensate for the caps burnt during your workout, also I know a lot of people don't think pre-workout meals are necessary but that can be a time of day to add extra cals

no diet is perfect, and your not bulking if your eating less then ur burning...up ur calories by around 700 what ur eating now if your maintenance is 2500.

Looks good overall, Little to much dairy and supplements for my taste but I dont see anything wrong with it.

When you plan to actually bulk, add more meats as its easier to get calories from steak then it is from protein shakes.

I will gain mucho fat if I bump it up 700 more lol. I may do like 200 more but I doubt it. I was eating 1700-1800 the last two months.

I don't see why people have problems with dairy.. it's all fat free. A little milk and FF cheese won't kill me, and it's a good complete protein.

your not understanding.....

if your maintaining your weight ur NOT bulking....bulking means eating more and having a surplus of calories for muscles to feed of off...if your still eating below maintance levels you will never bulk and will continue to lose weight.

bulking on a deficit is the dumbest thing ive heard
other than some1 thinking their diet is perfect

for starters lose the muffin and bbq sauce as well as arrogance

not enough sugars post workout, you need them for the insulin spike. also very low cals there
