I have been reading and trying to find out how to eat for body building. I have the every 3 hours thing and green veggies. I just don't know how to put it together. I'll give you a little background. I am a 33 y/o male, I am 5'11 205lbs. I would like to get down to 7-10% body fat. Right now I'm estimating myself to be in the mid 20's for Bodyfat %. I already eat somewhat healthy (I'm not a health nut by any means). I would like to do a competetion next year. I am no noob to weight training, I have been lifting weights since I was 16. Now I wanna take it to a new level. Please help me out, Thanks in advance for your help.
