View Full Version : Good post-workout Thanksgiving leftover's meal?

4-5 slices and some chunks of Turkey.
2 bread muffing/rolls
1 cup of stuffing.
1 slice of pumpkin pie
2 scoops of whey protein.

I'm working back and chest today, so I wanna eat good today. Opinions?

Whey is not essential.. Why not just eat more turkey and not have ANY WHEY?

Then have more carbs/fat you don't really need that much protein in one meal. If you really want to then go for it, but I'd rather have another 2 rolls or muffins
