i am going to be running clen for 12 weeks 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, the diet i have been following for the past month or so is the anabolic/metabolic diet and am really liking it. This would be my 2nd time running clen the first time I didnt really have a diet in place but still saw pleasing results.

The reason I am posting this in the nutrition section is , I would like to know if waving calories going +500cal on weeks off clen and -500cal on weeks on clen would have any benefit....or if i should start at maintenance calories and adjust week to week depending on weight loss or lack there of.
