How much protein should I take on off days? On workout days I take 2 scoops with breakfast, 2 scoops witrh lunch, and 2 scoops after workout. (Muscle milk btw). Thanks for your input.

Yupyup.

You need to actually EAT. This is why the shake-diets suck - as soon as you get back to 'normal' food you gain back. Learn to eat meals and use the shake once or twice a day for snacks.
