I am sort of new at this and I just started a diet for weight gain.
Today I consumed:
1 cup Raisin Bran+ 1/2 Cup Skim Milk (3g Protein) (190 Calories) (
2 Oranges
8 Servings of Unsalted Almonds (6 g Protein per serving) (170 Calories per serving) (6g Carbohydrates per serving)
1 Pure protein bar (30 g protein) (280 Calories) (29g Carbohydrates)
1 small subway sandwich, Wheat Bread, with turkey, Tomato and Mustard.
2 Fiji Water, 1 20 Oz Dasani, 1 20 Oz Aquafina.

Can someone help me work out the kinks in my nutrition? this does not include the Whey Protien I have before the Rippetoes workout....
