I did 45 minutes of intense cardio

Please do some research on a proper diet and for ^&*( sakes eat something besides high sugar fat free brownies because they are garbage.

I just wanna lose weight its so hard everyone says I don't eat enought WHEN I EAT "ENOUGH" I GAIN LIKE A COW......

Then you just need to gradually increase your calories in order to get your body out of starvation/storage mode.

Yep, this is the only way to do it. At one point I would gain on around 800 calories. Now I can maintain on 2000. And incidentally, I was able to get up to that whilst gaining mainly lean mass. You really need to get your metabolism working again otherwise it's a downward spiral that going to be harder and harder to rectify.

my thoughts. But here is my advice if your issues are real: Develop a strict diet and workout regiment and stick to it. Once you've found the right diet you can keep your weight exactly where you want it and have nothing to worry about...

your eating way to little. your body is probably is starvation mode so your not losing fat.


eat -200 calories of your BMR.

Wrong. You shouldn't have to eat anything below your BMR. You drop below your maintenance when trying to lose weight.

Fat free brownies is a crime against humanity...

So are ones made with protein powder. (they're good, but not brownies. I call them batter bars.)

Those fat free brownies are so tasty. But each time I take a bite into them, I realize how unnatural they are. Reminds me of twinkies...*shudder*. You really should do some nutrition reading online. Don't be turned off by what others say. Just smile and nod, and then go out and better yourself for you, not for them.

get one box of pillsbury reduced sugar brownies

replace all the oil with water

add egg whites instead of whole eggs

If that is you in your avatar you have a long way to go to become a COW. Just eat healthy (not brownies all day fatfree or not) and workout. I'm in NJ and I'd like to taste these brownies of yours.

You have a problem if this is all you're eating. You are starving yourself. You are going to lose muscle tone, feel like and look like ****. You need to fuel your body so it can work to do what you want it to do. Whether it's build muscle or lose fat.

Thats horrible.... eat girl! Your metabolism is most likely dirt right now... you should gradually increase calories, get some good complex carbs, essential fats & protein in your diet... and maybe hit them weights... eat real/whole foods... it says in ur profile you want to be healthy, so be healthy!

Stop what you are doing right now, maybe you are eating a lot less calories ( you are only eating junk btw), but this will FOR SURE lead to some intense craving.

Why would you eat 500cal/day for 4 days than on the fifth one drink 2 L of coke + eat a jumbo bag of chips and a bottle of ice cream.

1400 + 1400 + 1400 + 1400 + 1400 is way better to thing to do, keeps your metabolism high, gives you the opportunity to get enough nutriments and proteins.

500 + 500 + 500 + 500 + 203890284903849028390482093 is the worst thing you can do.

Also eat more meals per day, aim for 6-7, eat every 2-3 hours.
