Is this stuff worth taking?
What does it do?
How is it good for you?
I can see it contains alot of good fats...
How much would you recommend taking daily?

Maybe I should have searched the whole forum and not just the supplements sections.

most people consider supplementing with flax oil or fish oil as a supplemental source of healthy fats. I would suggest fish oil or both. Flax oil has a poor conversion to EPA/DHA and fish oil is pure EPA/DHA

In terms of flax, it is more beneficial to use whole or ground flax seed instead of the oil bc the oil is highly prone to oxidation (due to the up to 50% Omega3's)
