What combos should I use for buring fat? Right now I am using hydroycut 2x a day 2 pills each time and a teaspoon of L-Glutimine every day. Should I be using anything else? e.g. cutting gel or animal cuts?

Also I am following the Bofy For Life program. 12 weeks 3x a week 20 mins of cardio and 3x a week 45 mins of lifting weights (upper & lower alternating). This sound like a good program? My main goal is to lose fat but a bit more muscle and defination would be nice.

Hi DefiKojiro,

I did the body for life thing in 1999. (If you go to the over 35 section and to the "transformation" thread, I've posted my before and after pics) It works but be really careful after the initial 12 weeks to protect yourself from muscle mass loss by adding l-glutamine to your supplimentation.

In addition to what EAS prescribed, I supplimented with hydroxycut, chromium , paruvate and an EFA (fish oil).

I also did cardio 5-7 days per week in the last 3 weeks.
