Hello,


This was one meal I cooked. I'm not sure if it is healthy or not? The sweet potates I used were already packed and made.

(Bob Evans Mashed Sweet Potates).

and 6 oz. Atlantic Salmon cooked with Olive Oil. I don't believe the olive oil is included in the fitday.

hehe, thanks for the response. I'm jjust making sure the calories and fat are okay and all, but I will just wait until I get a whole week's worth of eating in and analyze it then.

sounds good, everyone here says to jus fit it into your macro or calorie goals for the day/week/ year and you'll be good. those are good nutrition rules to go by
