im taking mega meal sport vitamins and the lean muscle meal powder from gnc...i want to lose fat and tone muscle, then build muscle.

what else should i try, and what work outs does anyone recomend. i need to focus on the chest, abd, sides mostly

Proper nutrition is more important than supps. Lift hard and get your rest.
