preworkout:
5 fried eggs
4 slices ww bread
1 cup fruit

immediatley pwo:
30 grams whey
40 grams maltodextrin

1 hour later:
1/2 cup brown rice
7 asparagus spears
8 oz chicken
14 oz skim milk
3 red potatoes

(bulking)

okay, another question, If I'm consuming a fat like peanut butter thus slowing the insuklin spike, will that be considered birth control?

Yes, but just remember that no birth control is 100% effective except abstinence (low-carb diet). Make sure you consume the PB before engaging in high-GI consumption though ;)

Very true... so what would you suggest in case of some sort of dextros slipping in... is there a morning after macronutrient she can consume to make sure no insuline spike baby is even concieved?
