I've been eating alot of junk lately and getting tired of my Overweight im 5'8 and weight about 180 and its not muscle,, I started with fruits and vegetables but its not really stable. My Main goal is to lose weight, eat healthier and start working out.

HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED ! ! !

Read some of the stickies up top, you'll get a better grasp on nutrition, and once you can make your own diet plan, you'll be alot happier than if someone lays one out for you. Read the ones on Macronutrients etc, i'll be happy to answer any questions I can tho.

here's the problem, im not so good with "nutrients" i dunno what's good for body building good for your health thats all my mother lol

ha well your young man, trust me its not that complicated, at least at first.. when i was 17 all i knew was "eat protein". if you read those stickies you'll understand a lot more than that, it pretty much lists tons of good sources of fats carbs and protein, suggested meals, etc
