What do you guys think of this diet? Suggestions, changes, etc.

Meal 1- Chicken breast on whole wheat wrap. Handful almonds. Glass skim milk.

Meal 2- 1 can tuna, low fat mayo, 2 whole wheat wraps. Veggies.

Meal 3- Shake- 5 oz skim milk, 5 oz water, 2 tbsp PB, 1 cup oats, banana, 1 scoop protein powder.

Meal 4- Repeat meal 1.

Meal 5- Shake- 5 oz skim milk, 5 oz water, 1 tbsp flax oil, 1 cup oats, 1 scoop protein powder, strawberries, blueberries.

Meal 6- cottage cheese, few glasses of skim milk.

My goal is basically to increase my cardio (after putting on a bit of fat) and dropping the fat, but hopefully maintain my muscle/strength with this diet.
