Alright guys, right now I'm currently around 209-211 lbs. I've been told I'm around 22-23% bodyfat (by a bodybuilder friend). I believe that this question is pretty good, but if it's noob i appologize. My question to you is this: I know I'm not going to see my abs anytime soon. So, do I just do exercises to build up my abs and make them as strong as possible before doing lightweight things to get them cut? Anyone have good workouts to really build my abs?
My current workout looks like this:
Mondays: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Tuesdays: Abs/Cardio
Wednesdays: Legs
Thursdays: Abs/Cardio
Fridays: Back/Biceps/Forearms
Saturdays: Cardio/Abs
Sunday: OFF

It depends on your goals... I would suggest a bulk where you doe 'beef' your abs up and when you do cut thereafter it would be beneficial IMO
