Hey guys,
I have sucessfully lost 2 stone in the last 4 months.
body is more defined and now is the perfect time to start a bulk.
i am 5'10, weight 72kg and waist is 32-33 inches.
While cutting i was on 2200-2500 cals, 180g protein, 180 carbs and 30g fat.
around 40%protein, 40%carbs and 20% fats.

How much should i bulk at?

Good solid cut. Looks like you did some research.

I good bulking diet is 50/30/20

50% Carbs, 30% Protein, 20% Fat.

Hope this helps.

Some people like to do 40/40/20, but if you're taking in plenty of carbs + fat then you won't need the added protein.

You are the exact same measurements as me, but my waist is closer to 31".
I'm also trying to put on some quality mass, I'm sticking with the 40/40/20 as to much carbs tend to bloat me. I was cutting at 2400-2600 cals, I've now increased the cals to 2800-3000 on training days (6 out of 7)
